Shipping Policy
We Ship Worldwide! Shipping is available for most countries around the world.
Due to shipping regulations, we’re unable to ship to some countries, which include, but are not limited to the following: Afghanistan, China (Mainland), Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Pakistan, Sudan, Syria. We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains a shipping address within a country to which we do not ship.
We don't deliver to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
PREPARE ORDERS
Order processing time is about 1-7 business days before shipments.
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed.
We have a fully automated warehouse, and once processing began, it was too late to cancel or edit your order.
In some cases, processing may take longer due to various factors (ie; time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and other major holidays).
DELIVERY TIME
We ship from different sweat-free factories all around the world (mostly from China). So, please expect your items to be shipped separately if you order more than one item.
Parcels usually arrive in 15-25 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) to USA, 30-60 business days to Canada and Europe, 30-60 business days to Australia and New Zealand, 30-60 business days to Mexico, Central America, South America and other countries. Due to factors that commonly affect international shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, we are unable to guarantee shipping times. These are only estimates. Deliveries may take up to 9 weeks for some locations. Delays beyond our control can happen when items land in your country and go through your customs inspection or delay in mail.
In some cases, shipping may take longer due to various factors (ie; time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and other major holidays).
Orders placed between 1/20 - 2/10, please allow up to 5-8 weeks for US delivery, 6-9 weeks for the rest of the world due to high demand.
We CANNOT speed up delivery processes, it is up to the courier company.
Orders will NOT be cancelled after a confirmation email has been sent to the customer.
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday/birthday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
Free Shipping : This shipping method may or may not be trackable.
First Class Mail International (Only for US) : This method of shipping is usually faster than free shipping and mostly trackable.
Please note that the tracking information might not be updated in time and some package are only tracked up until the point that they leave the home country.
ORDERING MULTIPLE ITEMS
Many people who order multiple items from our store, will have those items fulfilled by multiple warehouses and will most likely get those items in separately mailed packages.
This is due to logistical reasons, where items may not all be in the same warehouse or city. Packages may or may not have a tracking number. Most of the time, these packages will arrive on different days, sometimes a few days apart, or even a couple weeks apart.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
Customer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes.
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. IWISB do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and IWISB will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and IWISB will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
We will only ship to the address we have on file for you or as it appears on your order, so please make certain this is correct before completing your purchase. We are unable to make any changes to your order once the order has been processed for delivery.
We are not responsible for any wrong or invalid shipping address. If your shipment is refused or returned to us as undeliverable, IWISB reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
Please be advised that, Argentina Government has set the limitation on shopping from foreign online shopping website which is Maximum 2 times every year per person. In addition, if the total amount exceeds $25 of one year, the exceeding amount shall be levied taxes as 50% in compliance with statutory tariff.
